Journey Across The World From 240 Miles Above

1 min read

This beautiful real-time journey was created by using nearly two thousand individual photos taken by astronauts aboard the International Space Station. In front of the window is JAXA’s HTV-8 resupply ship.

Software was then used to interpolate missing frames to recreate this unique travel vlog – a full 53 minute journey which starts in the South Pacific Ocean before traveling over the tip of Chile /Argentina.

Continuing over the South Atlantic Ocean it then passes over Africa, the Middle East and into Europe
